PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance apparatus for printing paper sheets capable of restraining unintended variances in the feed lengths of the printing paper sheets fed by an advance roller disposed at a junction portion of branch conveyance passages whatever branch conveyance passage on which the printing paper sheets are conveyed it is. SOLUTION: In this conveyance device for the printing paper sheets in an image processing device, the plurality of branch conveyance passages for conveying the printing paper sheets is jointed on the way, the advance roller is disposed at the junction portion, and a winding angle to the advance roller of the printing paper sheets to be conveyed through the respective branch conveyance passages varies depending on the branch conveyance passage. An advance roller control function portion for controlling the feed length of the printing paper sheets by the advance roller, a branch conveyance passage judgement function portion for judging the branch conveyance passage of the printing sheets carried by the advance roller, and a feed length correction function portion for correcting the feed length of the printing paper sheets by the advance roller based on the result judged by the branch conveyance passage judgement function portion are constituted on a program of a control device.
