PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet for a flexible container having excellent conductivity, good productivity, and excellent adhesiveness between a conductive film and a laminated layer. SOLUTION: The laminated sheet for a flexible container having excellent conductivity, good productivity, and excellent adhesiveness between the conductive film and the laminated layer can be obtained by laminating the conductive film on at least one side of a woven or knitted fabric using a stretched yarn formed of a high-density polyethylene via the laminated layer consisting of a specified ethylene/α-olefin copolymer manufactured by using a metallocene catalyst.
