PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generation means and a mixing device which increase the mixing amount to enable industrial large-scale usage, and realize accuracy improvement of a mixing ratio of a plurality of fluids and reduction of a mixing time. SOLUTION: The mixing device 1000 comprises the generation means 100 which divides two or more kinds of fluid into linear fluids or granular unit fluids, and an arrangement means 200 which arranges these different kinds of linear fluids or granular unit fluids so as to be adjacent to each other.
