PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable both the traveling front and rear directions of a machine body to be easily confirmed to enable the machine body to be driven precisely and to enable an operator to ride without anxiety, to enable the state of seedlings transplanted on a field to be easily confirmed to enable the transplanting operation to be carried out well, and to prevent the transplanted state of the seedlings from being disordered when a driving wheel is moved upward and downward in a seedling transplanter constituted so that a seat for the operator may be installed so that the operator riding on the transplanter can carry out an operation for feeding the seedlings to a seedling-feeding device, and formed into a walking handling type which makes a machine body compact. SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter having an operation handle 2 for handling by walking at the rear part is obtained by arranging the seats 70R and 70L for the operator at the vicinities of right and left sides of the seedling-feeding device 4 in the plane view of the machine body, so that the operator can sit in a sideway-facing posture facing left or right to the seedling-feeding device 4 at the vicinity of the right or left side of the seedling-feeding device 4.
