<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem wherein, although effective inhibition of diffusion of silver from an internal conductor into an internal resistor is recognized in a ceramic multilayer substrate described in a patent document 1, this is not satisfactory for preventing the variations of resistance and obtaining stable and highly precise resistance since, in addition to the diffusion from the internal conductor, glass constituents of the ceramic substrate are actually diffused into the resistor and the glass contents within the resistor are diffused into the ceramic layer. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic multilayer substrate 10 comprises a laminate 11 constituted of a plurality of ceramic layers 11A including a glass layer A; a thick film resistor 12 which is provided between the upper and lower ceramic layers 11A and includes glass B; and diffusion preventing layers 13, 14 which are provided between the thick film resistor 12 and the upper and lower ceramic layers 11A, and have glass C as the main ingredient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
