<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert a corrugate tube into a protector and to secure the corrugate tube in place regardless of the diameter of the corrugate tube for enclosing a wire group. <P>SOLUTION: A semi-annular portion 13 is formed on a protector body 12 and a rib 15 being fitted in the root of a corrugate tube is projected from the inner circumferential surface of the semi-annular portion 13. A lid being coupled with the semi-annular portion 13 by locking is provided. A large diameter lid 20 and a small diameter lid 21 are provided depending on the diameter of the corrugate tube. The large diameter lid 20 has a profile symmetric to the semi-annular portion 13 of the protector body 12. The small diameter lid 21 projects flanges 21b from the opposite sides of a semi-annular frame portion 21a corresponding to the diameter of a small diameter corrugate tube 31. A rib 21e being fitted in the root 31a of the corrugate tube 31 is projected from the inner circumferential surface of the semi-annular frame portion 21a, a locking portion is provided at the distal end of the flange 21b on each side such that it can be locked with the portion being locked at the semi-annular portion 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
