<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source switching device for a mobile communication terminal, which is simpler in structure than usual and capable of performing a power source switching action at a high speed. <P>SOLUTION: The power source switching device of this invention for the mobile communication terminal is characterized by comprising a voltage regulating part which generates a first voltage used as the power source of a power amplifier, a battery which outputs a second voltage used as the other power source of the power amplifier, and a load switch which switches the second voltage to the power source of the power amplifier according to the output power level of transmission signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
