PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink cartridge accommodating a bag-like ink container which can be easily attached to/detached from an inkjet recorder, has durability against falling during transportation and handling process and against vibrations or the like during transportation, and has an ink guide section and an ink storage section having little ink remaining amount. SOLUTION: In the ink cartridge having an inner bag filled with ink, an ink guide section arranged on the lower face of the inner bag and an outer box storing the inner bag, and a taking-out position of the ink guide section on the lower face side of the outer box, the ink guide section is position-regulated by a positioning member. The ink cartridge has a first position-regulating section regulating the position of the positioning member, holding the inner bag in between and integrated via a flat plate-like member abutting on and in parallel with the inner face of the upper face of the outer box, an A-position-regulating member having a second position-regulating section and a B-position-regulating member, wherein the upper face of the inner bag is fixed to the inner face of the flat plate-like member with a fixing means.
