PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive endless belt having good strength, particularly good bending durability, and capable of stably obtaining a proper resistance value even when high voltage is applied, and reducing dependence of the resistance on voltage and having excellent durability performance and transfer efficiency during image production. SOLUTION: The electrically conductive endless belt is prepared by adding a polymeric ion conducting agent and fluorine surfactant to a base material selected from the group consisting of (a) a thermoplastic PA, (b) an ABS resin, (c) a thermoplastic resin POM, and (d) a polymer alloy or a polymer blend of one or more of the above (a) to (c) and (e) a polymer blend of one or more of the above (a) to (c) and a thermoplastic resin.
