PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which can be reduced in size and permits inspection of a display defect etc. SOLUTION: The display device is equipped with an insulative substrate 1, and electrode terminals which are formed near the ends of the insulative substrate and are connected to bumps of a driving circuit 3 for supplying signals to the wiring groups on the surface formed with the wiring for driving electrode output to be connected to the wiring groups of the display region of the insulative substrate 1. The electrode terminals 7 for the output of the driving circuit formed on the insulative substrate 1 are formed by being extended to the outside of the region where the driving circuit 3 is mounted.
