PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge of a spectacle frame which is the hinge with a washer for connecting the temple of the spectacle frame in a foldable state, and easy to assemble and durable. SOLUTION: After the cylinder part 2 of a bush 1 with the washer is fitted in the shaft hole of one of hinge piece barrels 5 engaging with each other, a cylinder tip part 7 projecting from the shaft hole is pushed and spread to form the washer 14 and, namely, washers 3 and 14 are formed at both ends of the cylinder part 2 fitted in the shaft hole in contact with barrel end surfaces 6a and 6b without leaving any gap to be assembled together with the other hinge piece barrel via a shaft screw.
