PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein the conventional detecting portion is constructed complicatedly with a number of micro parts, and very high-priced, (2) only one kind of reagent can be used and a sensor cannot be calibrated precisely, (3) a passage may be clogged in a separatable formation, when sample fluid such as blood flows from the detecting portion into a liquid handling portion, and (4) the possibility existed that the passage may be clogged when exposed, to dry the reagent. SOLUTION: The small-sized analytical apparatus comprises an electrical control and data processing portion 1, a detection portion 2, and a liquid-handling portion 3. Wherein, the detecting portion 2 is separated from other parts via detachable connecting portions 14, 15, 16, and the connecting portions include an electrical connection and a fluid connection, and then a measuring sample is moved indirectly via air or the reagent.
