PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring condition inspection tool for a wall socket which prevents the possibility of an electric shock even when a switching operation is performed by mistake under the condition that a ground connection part is not connected to a ground of a wall socket and that a fingertip is in contact with the ground connection part. SOLUTION: The checker comprises a terminal V connected to a power source voltage pole of the wall socket, a terminal W connected to a power source grounded pole, and a terminal E capable of being connected to a grounding terminal. A leakage test circuit 35 is connected to between the terminal V and the terminal E to check the operation of a ground-fault circuit interrupter and comprises a series circuit in which a thyristor 39 and a manual switch 19 are connected in series. When it is decided that the voltage between the terminal V and the terminal E is a specified voltage (100 V), the thyristor 39 is brought into continuity.
