PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets having high adhesiveness, excellent properties of preventing end peeling with a slight amount of residual organic solvents and further hardly causing a fogging phenomenon. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets have constitution in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed on at least one surface of a support and are characterized as follows. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets have the constitution in which a polymer layer with a polymer composition containing a water-dispersible type acrylic polymer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer with a water-dispersible type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive containing the water-dispersible type acrylic polymer and an emulsion containing a tackifying resin are formed in the order mentioned on at least the one surface of the support. The thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is preferably 2-50μm. An emulsion containing the tackifying resin and prepared by dissolving the tackifying resin in an alicyclic hydrocarbon organic solvent and then carrying out emulsification is preferred as the emulsion containing the tackifying resin.
