PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means collectively controlling a large number of parking vehicles. SOLUTION: A vehicle control signal for controlling a vehicle is transmitted from a portable terminal 4 which a vehicle movement operator 5 has, and the vehicle control signal transmitted is received by the near side of the tire 2 of the right front wheel of the vehicle 1. Moreover, the vehicle control signal is transmitted from the near side of the tire 2 of the right front wheel of the vehicle 1, and the vehicle control signal is received by the near side of the tire 2 of the left front wheel of the right-hand vehicle 1. The vehicle control signal spreads round a plurality of vehicles 1 lined up in the lateral direction by transmitting and receiving the vehicle control signal transmitted from the portable terminal 4 to the right hand vehicle 1 one by one. An ECU11 mounted on the vehicle transmits the vehicle control signal received through a predetermined pneumatic sensor unit 3 and a vehicle body side antenna 15 through the vehicle body side antenna 15 and the pneumatic sensor unit 3 on the opposite side of the right and left sides.
