PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine which varies leading guide action of a game ball guiding means by achievement of a prescribed condition of a game to call interest of a player playing a game. SOLUTION: This pinball game machine is equipped with a stage plate 71 in which a plurality of guide parts 46-50 with different leading guide actions are formed, a drive means 53 to drive the stage plate 71 linearly into the lateral direction, and a guide varying means 63 which controls the drive means 53 so that the guide parts 46-50 alternatively respond to a falling stage part 35.
