PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion structural body excellent in heat and moisture dissipation and a sheet containing it. SOLUTION: The cushion structural body housed and used inside a cover includes a plurality of slits 3 penetrating through in a direction of the depth of a sheet-like elastomer 2 and having opening ends Y. Each slit 3 is so formed that at least a closed end X has a space 4. About at least one slit 3 among the slits 3, a slit wall 3a composing each slit preferably has a curved face 3d protrusive in a direction from the opening end Y to the closed end X.
