PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwasher capable of efficiently executing washing or rinsing. SOLUTION: This dish washer is provided with a plurality of nozzles 4 and 5 injecting water in a washing tub 2 for storing tableware, a control device 9 changing over between the nozzles 4 and 5 injecting the water, and a turbidity sensor 28 detecting the contamination level of the water in the washing tub 2; and executes the washing and the rinsing. When the nozzles 4 and 5 injecting the water are changed over, the contamination level of the water is detected by the control device 9 and changes the timing of changing over between the nozzles 4 and 5 injecting the water based on the detected contamination level of the water.
