A facility appliance management system (1) includes a message device (30) and a remote management center (20), and manages an abnormality of an air-conditioning facility appliance (12) via a first communication line (50). On the basis of the abnormality of the air-conditioning facility appliance (12), the message device (30) transmits abnormality information via the first transmission line (50). The abnormality information is concerned with the abnormality of the air-conditioning facility appliance (12), and is received from the air-conditioning facility appliance (12) via a network (14). The remote management center (20) receives the abnormality information from the message device (30) via the first communication line. In response to the abnormality information received, the remote management center (20) transmits re-access setting information to the message device (30) via the first communication line (50). The re-access setting information is the information which is to be again accessed to by the message device (30) via the first communication line (50).
