<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biofunction adjusting agent having active oxygen-removing function and provide a cosmetic composition and beverage and food composition including the same. <P>SOLUTION: Active oxygen (sometimes called a free radical) is greatly paid attention as a large cause of diseases and senescence. The present invention provides a biofunction adjusting agent having active oxygen-removing function that includes a fermentation solution prepared by mixing soybean extract, rush extract, and krill extract and fermenting the mixed solution with Bacillus natto. This invention further provides cosmetics, beverages or foods having active oxygen-removing function by using the fermentation solution prepared by mixing soybean extract, rush extract, and krill extract and fermenting the mixture with Bacillus natto.
