PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photographed image having the quality imaged by a photographer. SOLUTION: In the digital camera capable of setting a WB preview mode, predetermined image processing is performed on an image signal fetched by an imaging unit in the WB preview mode, and the image signal is stored in an image memory. A thumbnail image creating unit and a preview image creating unit read image data from the image memory, create a plurality of sample images with different color tones by performing white balance control using control values of different properties and perform matrix display on an EVF.
