PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a network load constituting a telephone system. SOLUTION: A telephone system 1 is a system for use in a limited area such as a premise network. A calling server 100 collects into a single list the calling requests requested in each certain period, and simultaneously performs packet transmission of the calling list to the whole radio base stations 410. When calling completion is notified from a calling terminal 200, the corresponding calling request is deleted from the calling list. A target terminal 300 receives the calling list packet from neighboring radio base stations 410 and 420 in the telephone system 1. The target terminal 300 confirms whether the self-terminal is included in the list concerned, and when the self-terminal is included, the target terminal 300 registers the own location information into the calling server 100, and extracts the information related to the calling terminal 200 from the calling server 100.
