PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm that each note is made correspond to which of a three-dimensional shape element even when a plurality of notes are added to three-dimensional shapes. SOLUTION: This image display device is provided with: a three-dimensional shape display part 202 for displaying an image based on three-dimensional data showing an object configured of a plurality of parts; a note input part 203 for inputting additional information explaining parts corresponding to elements configuring the parts; a location input part 204 for inputting the display location of the additional information; a note display part 205 for displaying the additional information at the display location; and a relevance display part 208 for emphasizing and displaying elements corresponding to the additional information.
