摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technology for estimating the time required for evacuation and a smoke falling time. SOLUTION: This information processing method includes a step for determining the estimated damage level of the inside of an evaluation object institute according to the earthquake-proof grade and estimated seismic intensity of the evaluation object institute to be determined based on predetermined items, a step for correcting a first parameter stored in a parameter storing part for calculating a time required evacuation according to the estimated damage level, a step for calculating the time required for evacuation by using the corrected first parameter and the data stored in the parameter storage part, a step for executing smoke falling time calculation processing accompanied by correction corresponding to the estimated damage level by using the data stored in the parameter storing part and a step for judging whether or not safe evacuation is possible for the evaluation object institute based on the time required for evaluation and the smoke falling time. Thus, it is possible to appropriately and easily reflect the impact of an earthquake on the evaluation object institute to the time required for evacuation and the smoke falling time by determining the estimated damage level.
