SUPERHEATED STEAM GENERATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superheated steam generating device for generating superheated steam only by using an induction coil. SOLUTION: The superheated steam generating device 10 comprises a conductive pipe 13 to which water is supplied through one end and the induction coil 14 for carrying an induction current into the pipe 13 and thereby heating the water in the pipe to generate the superheated steam. The pipe 13 is spirally rolled into a doughnut shape such that its roll beginning end and its roll finishing end neighbor each other.
