PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a highly reliable conductive hinge device capable of electrically connecting the upper enclosure and the lower of a cellular phone, etc. SOLUTION: A contact shoe 4 at the upper enclosure is fixedly inserted into a holder 2. A contact shoe 5 at a lower enclosure is fixedly inserted into a case 3. The holder 2 and the case 3 are combined, and the shaft 1 to be a center shaft of hinge rotation is penetrated. The contact shoe 4 at the upper enclosure becomes conductive state by electrically contacting the contact shoe 5 at the lower enclosure. The conductive hinge device is inserted into a hinge part of the enclosure to fasten the holder 2 to the upper enclosure, and the case 3 to the lower enclosure. The contact shoe 4 at the upper enclosure is connected to an antenna of the upper enclosure, and the contact shoe 5 at the lower enclosure to a transceiving part of the lower enclosure.
