PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc brake device capable of reducing dragging of a brake pad effectively. SOLUTION: This disc brake device is provided with a main pad 21 for pressing a friction member 21b against a friction face 11a of a ventilated rotor 1 to suppress rotation of the rotor, a subpad 22 arranged in the vicinity of the main pad 21 and having lower coefficient of friction than that of the main pad 21, and a plate spring 23 for connecting a metal 21a of the main pad with a metal 22a of the subpad and energizing in such a way that a clearance between the friction face 11a and the main pad 21 is larger than a clearance between the friction face 11a and the subpad 22.
