PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller of a multi-vane blower capable of reducing noise and increasing air blowing performance and a multi-vane blower having the impeller. SOLUTION: The impeller 113 of the multi-vane blower 110 comprises a disk-like main plate 131 rotating about a rotating shaft, a plurality of vanes 133, and side plates 132. The plurality of vanes 133 are disposed on one surface of the main plate 131 annularly about the rotating shaft and one ends thereof are fixed to the outer peripheral part of the main plate 131. Each of the side plates 132 comprises an annular side plate body part 132a connecting the other end outer peripheral edges of the plurality of vanes 133 to each other, an axially extending part 132b extending from the anti-main plate side end of the side plate body part 132a to the rotating shaft side anti-main plate side of the anti-main plate side end of the vanes 133, and a radially extending part 132c extending from the outer peripheral end of the side plate body part 132a to the outer peripheral side of the radial outer peripheral end of the axially extending part 132b.
