PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visible light photocatalyst composition which shows sufficient catalytic activity under a condition with much visible light and a scarce amount of spectral components under 400 nm, for example, conditions inside of housings and inside of cars with UV cutting glass, and gives a coating film having excellent transparency and dispersive properties of oxide semiconductor microparticles, and also to provide a coating film obtained from the composition and a lamination having a coating film of the visible light photo-catalyst (photo-catalytic layer) to protect an organic base material from deterioration. SOLUTION: The photocatalyst composition for visible light contains: (a) an oxide semiconductor containing a platinum compound with a photocatalytic activity for visible light, (b) a polysiloxane represented by the average composition formula of R<SP>1</SP><SB>a</SB>SiO<SB>b</SB>(OH)<SB>c</SB>(OR<SP>2</SP>)<SB>d</SB>(Y)<SB>e</SB>, and (d) an organo siloxane oligomer having a Si-O bond with the weight average molecular weight of 300-100,000 while having the structure represented by -(R<SP>5</SP>O)<SB>p</SB>-(R<SP>6</SP>O)<SB>q</SB>-R<SP>7</SP>at a side chain and/or a terminal.
