PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate control valve for sufficiently securing a gas flow passage. SOLUTION: In the flow rate control valve, a liquid outlet part for making an inside of a housing communicate with an inflow opening is provided on a seat surface side part of a valve member, and thereby, liquid flowing into a space partitioned by the valve member and the housing flows from the liquid outlet part.
