PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device for a transcript which can cut a transcript quickly and correctly. SOLUTION: The cutting device has one or a plurality of cutting blade parts 110 set at the discharge side of a heating roller 240 which transfers an image formed onto a transfer paper by a sublimating material to a cloth 10. The cutting device cuts the cloth 10 along a feed direction. Moreover, the cutting device 100 is equipped with a blade edge moving means 406 which adjusts a placement position of the cutting blade, so that a position of a cutting line can be freely set.
