PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow, allowing a user to fall asleep with tension substantially completely eliminated, and suitable for treating mandibular joint sickness. SOLUTION: In the structure of the pillow, in supporting the head and the neck, the head is supported in a V-shape at two points 2, 4 on the temporal region of the cranial bones (two points, the parietal bone and the temporal bone as skeleton) and the occipital bone, so that it is stably supported in a triangle made by the two points 2, 4 and one point 6 supporting the cervical vertebra.
