PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood collection base used for the blood collection and surely preventing reverse flow of blood from a blood collecting tube to a person whose blood is collected. SOLUTION: This blood collecting base 1 is provided with a base body 2 having a recess part 2b on which the arm of the person whose blood is collected is mounted, in its upper face 2a, a tourniquet 4 attached to the base body 2 across the recess part 2b, and holes 2e-2g for constituting blood collecting tube mount parts in the base body 2 so that the upper ends of the blood collecting tubes 13 and 14 are positioned below the upper face 2a of the base body 2.
