摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of appropriately carrying out transmission control in a vehicle driving device provided with a differential mechanism functioning as an electric differential device with differential action and an automatic transmission structuring one part of a power transmission route between the differential mechanism and driving wheels. <P>SOLUTION: When controlling transmission of a transmission mechanism 10, transmission gear ratio &gamma;0 of a continuously variable transmission unit 1 and transmission gear ratio &gamma; of an automatic transmission unit 20 are decided by a vehicle output control means 82 on the basis of a target engine output P<SB>E</SB>* and car speed V so that operation point of an engine 8 is set at the target engine output point P<SB>E</SB>* and that operation point of the engine 8 comes close to the previously stored optimal fuel consumption curve, and transmission control of the continuously variable transmission unit 11 and transmission control of the automatic transmission unit 20 are carried out nearly at the same time, and engine rotating speed N<SB>E</SB>is continuously changed to restrict transmission shock. Since transmission gear ratio &gamma;0 of the continuously variable transmission unit 11, namely engine rotating speed N<SB>E</SB>can be changed by using a first motor M1 and/or a second motor M2, transmission responsiveness is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
