COMPARATOR CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve characteristics of a comparator circuit (a high frequency transistor circuit) or the like for sampling a rectangular wave of high frequency by reducing an input capacity in a switching transistor and improving zero cross frequency characteristic.

SOLUTION: Only a switching transistor Q6 for organizing a push-pull circuit 40 and a phrase inversion transistor Q4 for organizing a switching circuit 30 at a front step are constituted of a compound semiconductor transistor. Even if operating speed of other transistors is limited, higher speed and more precise operation than ever (sampling of the rectangular wave of high frequency and the like) is realized by reduction of charge and discharge current and improvement of the zero cross frequency.
