<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless tag system, reader/writer, wireless tag device and data writing/reading method, capable of realizing data transmission and reception between a reader/writer and a wireless tag device operated by electric power obtained from radio waves transmitted by the reader/writer, while restraining the interference and disturbance to an adjacent frequency band. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless tag system of the present invention is provided with a reader/writer A for transmitting read/write data via a wireless means and a wireless tag B powered by radio waves received from the reader/writer A. The reader/writer A has a communication controller 12A for time-divisionally providing the wireless tag device with unmodulated carrier waves as electric power for wireless tag operation and modulated waves, resulting from modulation of the data to sine waves that are smaller in amplitude than the unmodulated carrier waves. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
