<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically erase non-reproductive digital data in a digital data reproduction device to deter an interruption of operation of the device. <P>SOLUTION: This digital data reproduction device has: a reading means reading digital data and identification data from a storage medium; a demodulation means demodulating the digital data; a storage means storing the identification data showing the kind of the demodulatable digital data; an identification data distinction means distinguishing whether the read identification data are the data stored in the storage means or not; a demodulation result distinction means distinguishing a demodulation result of the digital data; and a control means changing over a demodulation function on the basis of a distinction result of the identification data distinction means, changing over the demodulation function when distinguishing that the demodulation result is false to demodulate the digital data, changing the identification data into the identification data when the demodulation result distinction means distinguishes that the demodulation result is right, and erasing the digital data and the identification data when all the demodulation functions distinguish that the demodulation result is false. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
