PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which replies questions relating to information management.

SOLUTION: This invention mines data such as enterprise data using a data mining module, and configures data for answering questions of number of pieces decided beforehand having forms each defined beforehand. This invention also provides components of user interface receiving inquiries from users and answering the inquiries from users.
