PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage data about how secondary examinations are taken and to efficiently collect the results of the secondary examinations.

SOLUTION: A reference request accepting part 1f, when requested from a secondary examination site terminal 5 to refer to medical checkup information, obtains primary examination identification information and secondary examination physician identification information from the secondary examination site terminal 5, the primary examination identification information being associated with medical checkup information requested to be referred to, the secondary examination physician identification information specifying a physician in charge of the secondary examination. An examination site writing part 1g writes the secondary examination physician identification information obtained into an examination result database 1p while associating this information with the primary examination identification information obtained. A checkup result providing part 1h reads from the examination result database 1p the medical checkup information associated with the primary examination identification information obtained and sends the medical checkup information to the secondary examination site terminal 5 to enable the medical checkup information to be referred to at the secondary examination site terminal 5 only when the secondary examination physician identification information is obtained.
