PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for more easily transferring music reproduction of which a user desires by external audio equipment. SOLUTION: A CPU 41 executes a program while developing data in a RAM 57. A flash ROM 42 stores a music operation history management table 42a. A USB interface 51 transmits music operation history data to a music transmitting device and receives a music selected based upon the music operation history data that the music transmitting device sends from the music transmitting device through a USB interface terminal 53. An operation part 43 deletes designated or all music data in a hard disk drive 47 in response to an operation for deletion, reproduces some designated music data in the hard disk drive 47 in response to an operation for reproduction, and skips a currently reproduced music and reproduces a next music in response to an operation for a skip.
