PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication managing method and an authentication management system for performing cooperative processing with high security by using a plurality of processors while preventing an illegal access. SOLUTION: When a user having a user token 10 uses a user device 20 and a server device 30, the user token 10 provides the user device 20 with a user signature obtained by encrypting a system time, a server device public key and a user signature of the server device public key. A secure chip 21 of the user device 20 verifies the user signature of the server device public key and acquires the server device public key. Then, the secure chip 21 provides the server device 30 with a user ID, the system time, a user signature of the system time, a user signature of the system time, a user device public key and a user signature of the user device public key. A secure chip 31 of the server device 30 verifies the user signature of the user device, acquires the user device public key and establishes communication between the user device 20 and the server device 30.
