PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight and costs of a damper device by reducing torque load. SOLUTION: The damper device 7 is provided between a front cover 2 and a turbine hub 5, to which power is transmitted from the front cover 2, to absorb fluctuation of the torque to be transmitted from the front cover 2 to the turbine hub 5. The damper device 7 is provided with guide plates 73 and 74 to be integrated with the front cover 2 in the rotating direction when lock-up is performed and an intermediate plate 71 connected to the turbine hub 5. Furthermore, the damper device 7 has a projection 80x of a lock-up piston 80 and an opening 5x of the turbine hub 5 as a stopper means for regulating relative rotation of the lock-up piston 80, which is integrated with the guide plates 73 and 74 in the rotating direction, and the turbine hub 5 when the guide plates 73 and 74 are rotated at the predetermined angle in relation to the intermediate plate 71.
