PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing agent which can remarkably improve water resistance, wet heat resistance, solvent resistance, chemical resistance, and mechanical properties in spite of being curable at room temperature, and a two-pack type curable resin composition comprising the curing agent. SOLUTION: The curing agent comprises a carbodiimide compound which has at least two carbodiimide groups in the molecule and an isocyanate compound which has at least two isocyanate groups in the molecule and can disperse the carbodiimide compound into a main agent.
