PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a retreaded tire for an aircraft, improved in workability and capable of eliminating the problems of the waste and the weight ununiformity. SOLUTION: This method is for manufacturing a retreaded aircraft tire disposing a reinforcement body 12 and a tread rubber layer 13 on a base tire 1. An annular laminate 15 is formed by laminating a reinforcement body 12' consisting of at least two reinforcing layers 10', 11' in which reinforcing cords f are laminated so as to intersect each other by reversing the inclining direction against the circumferential direction of the tire, on an annularly shaped unvulcanized rubber layer 13'. By reversing the annular laminate 15 so that the unvulcanized rubber layer 13' is disposed on the outer periphery side of the reinforcement body 12', an annular unvulcanized tread band 2' having the inner periphery length shorter than the outer periphery length of the base tire 1 is formed.
