PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a thin flat plate having a uniform thickness by equalizing the inner pressure in a cavity space formed in a mold. SOLUTION: When producing a plate-shaped resin formed article having the same shape as the shape of a cavity space 103 by filling a resin into the plate-shaped cavity space 103 formed in a mold 100, the cavity space 103 in the mold 100 is pressure-filled with the resin by pressurizing the resin from outside the mold 100 while holding the cavity space 103 to a fixed size, and at the same time the cavity space 103 is rotated to give the centrifugal force to the resin in the cavity space 103 thereby to shift the resin in the direction of the edge part of the cavity space 103.
