PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate which can minimize a difference in the width of a printing paste printed in stripes in a printing start position and a printing end position, when a striped printing pattern is printed. SOLUTION: This printing plate has the striped printing pattern which gradually diminishes to a regular printing pattern 30 printed on a face substrate 60 from the printing start position to the printing end position XE.
