PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhaler which prevents poor ejection of a liquid medical agent by a negative pressure at the ejecting section to enable secure inhalation of a predetermined amount. SOLUTION: An inhaler to be used by a user to inhale a liquid medical agent from an inhalation port 15 thereof comprises a liquid medical agent ejecting section 8 having an ejection port for ejecting a liquid medical agent as droplets and a pressure detecting section 19 for detecting the negative pressure produced by the atmospheric pressure as pressure difference at the time of inhalation of the user for the purpose of controlling the ejection of droplets from the ejection port. The ejection port of the liquid medical agent ejecting section 8 is arranged at a position adapted to produce a pressure difference smaller than the pressure difference with the atmospheric pressure as detected by the pressure detecting section 19 at the time of the inhaling action of the user.
