PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood treating method in which more blood products can be obtained from collected blood. SOLUTION: The blood treating method has a process in which the blood is introduced from a crude blood filling vessel 109 into a blood treating tool 101, air within the blood treating tool is sent into a treated blood collecting container 110, subsequently, the blood within the crude blood filling vessel is passed through the blood treating tool to send it into the treated blood collecting container, subsequently, air within the treated blood collecting container is sent into the outflow side blood chamber of the blood treating tool by pressing the container, and the treated blood within the outflow side blood chamber of the blood treating tool is collected into the treated blood collecting container.
