PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame device capable of keeping a sheet such as a photograph, a postcard, a card or a memorandum pasted temporarily or for a while, as a place where a person can look at the frame anytime naturally without feeling a sense of incongruity. SOLUTION: The frame device 1 comprises a mirror panel 20 decorated with a picture frame 10. A plate 21 made of a material such as iron or zinc-plated iron which is attracted to a magnet is disposed on the back side of the mirror panel 20; or powder material in the state of paste made of a material to be attracted to the magnet M is applied to the back side of the mirror panel 20.
