<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal report method that internally reports through a network, which ensures anonymity of reporters by applying encryption and signature technologies, and prevents mischievous or false reports. <P>SOLUTION: A third party apparatus that a third person operates relays between a report apparatus that a reporter who belongs to an organization operates and a receiving apparatus that a person in charge who performs receiving operations for internal reports within the organization operates. In the internal report method to report through a network, the third party apparatus permits communications to the receiving apparatus only if confirming that a sender of receiving information is one who belongs to the organization through authentication processing.
